Concord Parts Distribution Inc. is a Factory Certified Parts Distributor
for Sub-Zero, Wolf appliances.
Concord Parts Distribution Inc. is certified to sell throughout all of Southern Ontario, north to
Thunder Bay, Montreal, Quebec and all of eastern Canada.
As a Factory Certified Parts Distributor, we are required to comply with high standards of service
and integrity in the distribution and supply of "in warranty" and "out of warranty" parts.
We, in turn, sell parts to end users, Sub-Zero Certified Service Companies and other companies which
we trust to comply with the same standards of service and integrity that Sub-Zero expects of its
Sub-Zero Certified Service Companies.
In accordance with Sub-Zero's policies, we only sell parts for products that are still under the
manufacturer's warranty to Sub-Zero Certified Service Companies.
For products that are not still under the manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with our corporate
policy, we will only sell parts to:
- Sub-Zero Certified Service Companies;
- Other companies which we trust, in our sole discretion, to resell parts to end users at a fair
and reasonable price; and
- End users.
We have developed this policy to protect the end user from paying inflated prices for Sub-Zero and
Wolf parts, and for the purpose of ensuring that the purchasers of Sub-Zero and Wolf products remain
satisfied with their products and any repairs that such products may require.
We make it easy for Authorized Servicers to get the parts they need to keep appliances running smoothly. Orders can be
